In these days of impersonal automation we stick to the old-fashioned way of "hands on" and personalized service. We truly are a full service operation! This means that after you submit your order we manually email you a link to get your clip art. Heck, even the "thank you" we send with it is from a real person. We'll never refer to you as "Dear Valued Customer!"

Your images will be set up in a folder on our server after your payment is received. Please click here for current image delivery times. We will send an email to the address you used when placing your order that will contain a link to your folder with your username and password. Please ensure that you do not have any filters in place that will block receipt of this email. If you place your order after business hours we will send you the image download email the next business morning. If time is of the essence and you need your image immediately, please contact us before ordering about a rush set-up.
